The Web Project Coordinator position serves an important role on our team by delivering the primary responsibilities of developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure delivery of web and design services. This position coordinates with internal teams and clients to ensure deliverables related to website redesign, web functionality, and other services. The Web Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and/or Client Success Manager by monitoring progress, communicating effectively with the team and clients, and adjusting as needed to Wow Our Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create project plans including timelines, milestones and resources needed.
- Organize and coordinate tasks and deliverables, and time allocation with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of web projects.
- Track project progress proactively, identify roadblocks and adjust as needed.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas and document meeting notes.
- Gather client feedback and delegate or incorporate into project deliverables.
- Maintain regular client communication with project status and updates.
- Meet deadlines consistently while operating in a team environment.
- Enjoy juggling multiple projects and assignments, paying close attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure functionality and requirements are met, ensuring client changes or requests are implemented.
- Utilize many tools and platforms associated with web redesign projects.
Required Qualifications & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years' experience leading and/or organizing work or projects with demonstrated success
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
